Shipping Policy

We currently ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate charge of $8.50 for shipping and handling. If you really need to have the item shipped another way, please contact us and make arrangements to order a different shipping method (extra charges may apply).

All shipments from Natural Medicines and Family Practice are made FOB ship point. Natural Medicines and Family Practice is not responsible for products after they have been shipped. The buyer/receiver is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Payment Policy

By purchasing products on the Natural Medicines and Family Practice (natmeds.net) website, you thereby agree to pay for the purchased items with the supplied payment method. Any products purchased will be shipped (to the supplied ship-to address) upon successful payment receipt. You must pay in full prior to products being shipped.

All shipments to a Washington State address will incur an 8.4% state sales tax in addition to shipping charges. This tax will be added automatically by the payment form. If you are a patient of Natural Medicines and Family Practice and have had an appointment within six (6) months of placing your order, you may obtain a codeword from the office to exempt the sales tax. Call the office to obtain the codeword.

If you are a Washington state business and wish to order for resale, contact us and make arrangements to do so externally to our website.

Returns Policy

Natural Medicines and Family Practice will grant refunds or exchanges on products with receipt within 30 days of original purchase date.

Natural Medicines and Family Practice cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any opened or expired supplement products.

Books purchased from Natural Medicines and Family Practice can not be returned or exchanged. All book sales are final.

To be sure your connection is secure when filling out the order form, simply check for the padlock icon in the bottom border of your browser window when viewing the order form itself. Note: Email is not encrypted and is not a secure means of sending credit card or other personal information. Do not email an order to us. We do not accept orders sent via email.

We at Natural Medicines and Family Practice respect the privacy of our customers and do not collect personally identifying information without the Buyer's permission. We don't sell or trade any information to anyone. You can be assured that Natural Medicines and Family Practice does not sell or exchange email addresses with third parties.
